I’m constantly experimenting with my hair. Sometimes it has a mind of it’s own, as you can see on the first picture, so I have to find ways to tame it and stop it from taking over my life! This is a simple twist out. It’s similar to the braid out, but instead of having four parts straight of the back of the head, I did six parts (three on each side). This worked out well for me and I hope it works for you too.
Step 1: Comb or brush your hair to remove tangles.
Step 2: Part the first section of your hair. I chose not to part mine from the middle because I prefer a side part. Wet this section of your hair and apply your favorite curl product.
Step 3: Twist the hair using the two strand twist method.
Step 4: Continue parting, wetting, and twisting until you have 6 twists around your head. Secure the ends with rubber bands or rollers if needed. Put on a bonnet or scarf and go to sleep.
Step 5: Wake up. Take each twist down carefully to reduce frizz. I put some Moroccan oil on my fingers to help. Separate the twists and fluff to your desired fullness and enjoy!
I hope this helps. Results may vary depending on your hair type. Did it work for you? Let me know in the comments below.
